3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- • Complying with software licensing requirements
- • Providing safe working environment for on-site visits
4. Payment Terms
- • Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date
- • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- • Services may be suspended for non-payment
- • All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in our services, documentation, and methodologies remains the property of West OZ IT. Clients retain ownership of their data and information.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business operations. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the service relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, West OZ IT's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
9. Termination
Services may be terminated:
- • By either party with 30 days written notice
- • Immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
- • Upon completion of project-based services
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
